1. Processing Time
We operate Monday to Friday (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically packed and processed the same day.
- Dispatch: Orders are generally shipped out within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Partners & Timelines
We partner with trusted courier services (e.g., J&T, PosLaju, NinjaVan) to ensure your food reaches you safely.
- West Malaysia: 2 – 4 business days.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 7 business days.
- Note during campaigns/festive seasons: Please expect slight delays due to high courier volume.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders above RM88 (West Malaysia only).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the status of your parcel via the link provided in the email.
5. Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate.
- If the courier cannot locate you, they will attempt to contact you.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to be present to receive the goods, the customer shall bear the cost of re-delivery.
6. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a parcel that is severely damaged or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Request that they return it to the sender and contact us immediately.
