By accessing our website (https://nanurifood.com/) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We are passionate about seaweed and high-quality food products. While we strive for perfection:

• Product Descriptions: We do our best to ensure images and descriptions are accurate. However, colors may vary depending on your screen, and packaging may be updated from time to time.
• Allergens & Ingredients: Please read product labels carefully. While our facility maintains high hygiene standards, our products may be manufactured in facilities that also process nuts, dairy, seafood, shellfish, and gluten. Nanuri Food shall not be held liable for adverse reactions where ingredients are clearly labeled.

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay) via our secure payment gateway.

We value your patronage. Registered customers may earn “Nanuri Points” on eligible purchases.

• Earning: Points are awarded based on the final transaction value (excluding shipping).
• Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders as specified in the “My Account” section.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to expire points if an account remains inactive for 12 months. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nanuri Food offers Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services. If you are ordering samples or engaging us for bulk manufacturing:

• Separate B2B contracts will supersede these general website T&Cs.
• Please contact our corporate team directly for trade quotations.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Nanuri Food Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or this service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
